Best Way to Set Your Alarm Clock
It happens to almost all of us. You set up your alarm clock or the mobile phone so you'll wake up at exactly four o'clock in the morning so you can finish a report you were not able to work on last night.
At 4 AM, the alarm did its job perfectly, that is, to make an annoying sound, cutting your sweetest dream ever.
With your eyes closed, one of your hands searches for the source of the sound.
With one press of a button, the sound is out.
Success.
You felt so relieved.
It was one of those most relaxing moments.
Without you knowing it, you drifted back to sleep.
The next time you woke up, it's almost 7 AM.
You wonder whether your alarm clock did what it's supposed to do since you don't even remember shutting it off.
If that scene is very familiar to you, here's my very simple tip.
After setting the alarm to the exact time you want up, place it an area of your room that you can't possibly reach while lying down on your bed.
It could be on top of a table where you have to force yourself up and walk a few steps for you to turn it off once it starts sounding off.
Just make sure that:
1. The distance is just enough for you to hear it loudly;
2. Do not go back to bed after turning the alarm off.
